I’m slowly but surely getting the items needed for my first legendary weapon (bout dam time, I’ve been playing since headstart) and I got to rank one of the precursor crafting, onl to find out i needed 300 scribing to get it – i heard they were going to change that, is that true? if not – i guess ill have to get it the old fashioned way – world boss runs and hope i get lucky sigh

What they changed was the paper being account bound – you can find it on the trading post now, or get a friendly scribe to make it for you. It would take 65 elder wood planks, 13 jugs of water, and 13 bolts of silk to make the paper, and after that, if you have a high level weaponsmith, you can make the anthology yourself.
