am currently attempting to craft the rodgort flame torch , an I noticed a firey sword that would complete and match , how much time invested to gw1 for the hall of monument treasure to be accounted to gw2 so I could get this sword alos for a matching set

thats actually very easy:

i recommend to buy Nightfall + Eye of the North (or others too if you want but thats not necessary)

For the fiery sword you need 10 points:
3 Points for connecting GW1 with GW2
2 Points for Black Widow Pet
1 Point for any hero armor (for Koss for example)
1 Point for any common Minipet
2 Points for completing Nightfall campaign (that is not too hard and if you need help you can ask me)
1 Point for any Elite Armor set (Ancient Armor for example)

= 10 Points

only thing that takes some time (besides completing Nightfall story and Eye of the North Story to som extend) is the Elite Armor Set because you have to spend some GW1 gold for it but i think you should be able to gather enough for that one and i can give you some platinum (=GW1 gold) for that and for the minipet and the hero armor too and help you to get Black Widow Pet…

edit:
Instead of Black Widow Pet and Ancients Armor Set you could also just get:
1x any normal pet (1 Point)
1x Destroyer Weapon (2 Points)
