ogre pet whistle
I cannot find the NPC in Iron Marches, I spent 2 hours looking around, and there has been no official note of the NPC being removed, which is quite annoying.
I remember seeing it a few weeks ago. I know it was by an ogre camp someplace, but something tells me its not an ogre that sells it

I bought them from an Ogre merchant across the bridge to the west of Grostogg’s Kraal Waypoint in Ebbing Heart Run.

I found an Ogre merchant in the Northern part of Iron Marches near the bridge by the Gladefall waypoint that sold them. I don’t know if he’s always there.

Gortho at [Gladefall Waypoint] (Iron Marches) sells them. On Maguuma he’s been bugged – stuck in his attacking ogre squad for a couple weeks – ordinarily he’s on the south side of the bridge with a MERCHANT icon. At least between his quest. So check on him there:)
