'open grave' achievment question

so, second time we’ve run trough the ‘solid ocean’ fractal and killed all the mobs, that includes bunch of them that spawn near the entrance. no achievment. is there some hidden pack we’ve missed? or its bugged?

I just got it, finally, not sure what exactly happened that I haven’t done in the previous raids but still, somehow I got it on scale 8, killed all neutral creeps as well (which I always did but for some reason something worked now). Still having trouble with the Lava fractal achievement, I never fall into the lava but I never get the achievement.
