hello my friend bought the backpack and i think she said she accidently salvaged/sold the strap it came with it can she use any rawhide leatehr strap ? or she is going to have to wait untill she get her first backpiece?

Rawhide leather strap is a salvage item, not a backpiece. Not sure what you are talking about, sorry

She should try putting in a ticket to see if she can get her quaggan backpack restored, they are very good about things like this.

it is a salavaged item but when you open the bag it comes with the plush and a account bound rawhide leather strap T_T but yeah ill tell her to open a ticket
