possibly stupid question about outfits..
You can hide the helmet, but you can’t replace it with an armor skin. Just go to your regular equipment panel and hide your helmet, and the outfit helmet will be hidden, too.

Interesting, I never use outfits, but I thought they came as is with no modification. I will have to test in game with that free one some time.

Tested this and helmets can be hidden, good to know.

There is one current outfit that lets you hide shoulders and gloves as well: Cook’s. It’s a holdover from its townclothes days.
