was wondering on a flame and gun engineer both of wich I use equaly cause im always switching for glue plus 5stacks vunerbility, was wondering what if more important power or condition damage? or are they still both equaly important

Depends on your playstile, but this does sound as if you might be better off with condition damage.

People tend to devote themselves to one or the other. For example, people using the Rifle and Grenade Kit tend to focus on +Power since it has the best synergy with those weapons. Pistol users focus on +Condition since those weapons are based around causing various damaging conditions.

I haven’t played a devoted Flamethrower Kit build. From my own dabbling and from what I’ve read, those builds tend to focus on +Power since the weapons doesn’t apply that much of the Burning condition.

No. Doesn’t change a thing at 80, just that so called main stats start out higher.
