Deposit it in your Bank, which is shared by all of your characters.

Yep, same for pvp if u deposit collectibles gear is shared for all of them.

There are no dumb questions. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be any trade option between players, which is a rather odd omission, and you cannot mail to your own account. Therefore, your only ways of trading are 1) Your vault, from alt to alt; 2) Guild Stash / Vault / etc, to trade to guildmates; 3) mail, to any alt other than one on your account.
