I see sometimes that people are using the players helping players section as a personalised google. You type in your question and you get an answer. I like answering questions cause I it also improves my own knowledge bout the game. I’ve never been a very skilled player, but I always made it up by knowing as much as possible bout the game I’m playing and sharing that. I see however some questions here that can be easily found on either google or the GW2 wiki.

So small request for those seeking here help. Before you post pls:
- browse 2-3 pages in the history of this forum to see if someone else recently asked the same.
- Type in your question in the search option
- type in your question at www.google.com (add gw2 at the beginning for optimum results)
- do the same at http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Main_Page.

If you didn’t find your answer then please make sure your topic title covers your question. So when answered, future seekers of the same information can easily find it. So e.g. Can’t find last PoI in Metrica province inner complex.
(that answer is btw: through the asura portal near Transfer Gate (private) Poi (just south of the reactor at the left site of the map).

Thank you for your cooperation.

Arise, ye farmers of all nations
Arise, opressed of Tyria!

I couldn’t agree more!
(Even though, just like you, I like answering questions)

Yeah, a little effort before starting a new thread helps!

Let’s just hope AN fix the issues of the search feature simply not working as no matter how many times we click the magnifier or press enter nothing happens. The issue where a search returns no results then the same search a moment later returns many results needs attention too.

I’m not trying to disagree or be unhelpful. But there are issues with the forums just now. I’m fairly sure AN know about the issues and are working on fixes though.

On the whole, your suggestions are really good! A sticky may be in order.

No rig in my sig? Only posted if needed!
