question about Taxi
You taxi into the map where you are standing not to where the person/people in group are. You can use the teleport to friend which will take you to the specific spot of one person.
All wp for dragon stand unlock as you do the event chain from start to finish so you should have them all unlocked if you do it.
If you see someone advertising a taxi all it will do is enable you to move to their specific copy of the map. You have to be on that map already, and you will reappear in the same place you were in before.
I think the teleport to friend item will do what you want though.
