i read the news about guesting, but i didn’t understand if the guesting works with fractals or not… someone told me (never tryed) you cant play fractals with ppl in other servers, with guesting is possible?

It is true you have to be on the same server or overflow for fractals. Not sure why that is, when you can dungeon on different servers.

Regarding guesting: I am just guessing but I would imagine it works the same. You guest over to your friends server and play. The only restriction would be WvW. Would be some good info to know though.

You do have to be in the same overflow, but that’s pretty easy to do. Build your party, go into Lions Arch, right click on the leader’s portrait and choose “Join in LA.” At that point, even if you have different home servers, you’ll be in the same overflow and able to enter Fractals together.

With the current information we can assume that guesting will make Fractals easier, since you wouldn’t have to rely on an overflow. However, you can only guest two servers a day.

The good news is though, that if you guest on a realm that is full you have a higher chance of being redirected to an overflow map… making it even easier to form fractal groups.
