Are any of the ‘…’-fed salvage-o-matic’s worth it?

If you want to spend the gems, both the copper fed and silver fed are more efficient than using their vendor-bought couterparts. You can look at the wiki for Salvage kits and it shows you how much each usage will cost you vs. how much similar kits will cost you per use.

The copper-fed salvager would be fine for basic drops that you’re not desiring more valuable components from, but the silver fed is a nice option for high level drops.

I didn’t even know about the silver-fed salvager myself, but now I’ll be looking out for it to grab one possibly!

I’m planning one getting copper and then using mystic kits for my rares to reduce the amount of forge stones that I spend.. i often run out before I get the next achi tier.. is it smart to go with copper + mystic kit ?

The Salvage o Matics are convenient items. The 3.5 copper per salvage compared to the 3 copper auto-deduction of the gem store item is only statistically better. Do not forget you have to pay 800 gems for the convenience.
I’d say use Basic Kits (=copper o matic) for whites & low cost blues and greens (depending on who much mats compared to gold you want)
Use Mystic Kits for rares and BL Kits for exotics.

The problem is I fill out my inventory at least 40 times a day or something thats alot of basic kits I have to buy and store in that same inventory… its a pain in the kitten ..

Maybe get bigger bags/more bag slots and head to a vendor more often.

my bags are maxed out. I run alot of dungeons and fractals everyday and the down time of TP’ing everytime is bad enough as it is..

The infinite kits are convenience only. If you think your sanity / ease of playing / etc. would benefit from getting them, get them.
It takes about 2.5 million salvages (for copper) and 560 thousand (for silver) to recoup the cost of buying them, so it’s not something you would get to save any coin. trying to do this would require you to salvage 228 white/blue/green items and 51 rare/exotic items a day for about 30 years. If you salvaged only blue items with CFSoM, and account mf was not capped at 300%, after salvaging those 2.5 million, you would have enough luck for 990% mf.
