reporting guild names
Send a ticket to support. And delete the persons name and account name. It will get you into trouble with the mods.

The actual quote is:
Submit an in-game ticket using the inappropriate character name category (for now) until a guild name option is added. There will be no automatic actions taken on the report, so there’s no need to worry about getting someone’s character name changed by accident.
“…until a guild name option is added” doesn’t mean that something was broken and it doesn’t mean that the option was imminent. It just means that, until such time as it is added, treat the “Inappropriate character name” option as if it read “Inappropriate character or guild name.”
The implication is that reporting the character name as inappropriate automatically forces a review of the guild name. (I don’t know if that’s still true; in your shoes I would also submit a screenshot to ANet and/or just post the details you can remember about the character, account, and guild names.)

I’ve wondered about the report a char name, seems like it may be used to troll others.
It’s good to see reporting the name is how we should handle this. Seen so many guild names that should get reported but the extra steps required just made it not worth the time/effort. Will be doing this instead until they change the wording ^.^

I’ll give you my experience. I’ve reported display names a couple of times by using the report char name option. It didn’t work, because there wasn’t anything wrong with the char name and the people who looked it over didn’t think to go past that. It wasn’t until I made a ticket and reported the display name that way that It was changed.
It will be the same with guild name/tag but even more so since they can be in 5 different guild and they could drop that guild by the time the report goes through. If you report a name that doesn’t cross ToS the odds are that only the char name will be looked at, nothing will be seen and nothing more will be done.
If you see a guild name that you want to report then I recommend you take the time to make a ticket as it’s unlikely to be changed using the report char name option.

Seems unlikely that people in a guild would find a serious problem with their own guild’s name.
