So when equipping multiple superior runes of the same type like say 4 superior rune of the warrior are the stats like:
vitality 25+50+90=165
power15+35=50

or is it 90 vitality and 35 power?

Your 1st example is correct. 25 + 50 + 90 = 165. This progression system is a reason to encourage people to use a full set of a specific rune.
