One of my friends want to start to play but only if he can join my server, how do i find a chart/table thats lists if he can still join my server?

Go to server transfer screen, if its not ‘full’ you are good to go

As far as I know there isn’t a chart as the populations shift. You can check the current population level of a server from your Character Select screen, but your friend would need to install the game and then check the population. They may need to join the game on a different server and pay to move to yours if space is available.

Keep in mind that guesting is now an option. If you and your friend are not planning on playing in WvW together, then there is no need for him to be on the same server as yours. He will simply need to guest your server every time you want to play together.
