Guild Wars 2

I still have a soul bound mining pick on one of my toons which I want to switch to another toon, I removed it and had it sitting in my inventory but none of the black lion people in the vault behind the bank in lions arch give me the option to switch it to account bound. Is there still a way of making the pick account bound?

The wiki says that the weapons specialist at the trading post is the one who can do it, not any of the ones in the vaults.

You have to speak to the Black Lion Weapon Specialist (and you have to have the pick in your inventory, not equipped, when you do).

I’m not sure if there’s one in the vault but there will be one in the giant shell/trading post, and one next to the TP people in each of the other cities.
