Guild Wars 2

I am a returning player, and I am having issues accessing my story line. on any of my characters I cant find the green star looking icon on the map to where to go next. my characters are all low level from level 2 to level 17, and none of them have this icon on the map.

Personal story now unlocks every 10 levels starting at level 10 -
