superior rune of the soldier (w/ 6 applied) is supposed to have condition removal on shouts, but this does not work underwater & makes it very difficult

I have nothing constructive to add to this thread… however, one must wonder, how is shouting supposed to work underwater?

do you have 7 runes?
1 for your Aqua breather??
you dont use your helmet underwater so you need 1 on your aqua breather

ug your not the only one… here I was trying to figure out why they were working just fine till underwater fractal came up when they would promptly “Break”. Glad theres a logical explination that does not involve a weird bug.
