so i have a logitech g700 mouse and i’m trying to connect one of the top two buttons to use for push to talk and it’s not working for me any help would be helpful

Settings Tab → Options
In Options Window go to Capture Tab

Then again a G700 has those extra buttons next to M1? Personally I have a G5, bind my talk key to the back button. Might try that and make sure it isn’t just incapable of those extra buttons.

can always set ur teamspeak PTT button to something on the keyboard, then just bind that key to your top mouse button wherever u want. i have the logitech g600 and i have my push to talk button set as letter Z… then i assigned my number 1 key on the mouse thumbpad (g9) to the letter Z. i was alwyas using keyboard for 1-3 skills anyway, use mouse thumb for 4 5 6 7 8 9 10….. when im on TS, i never use chat much, so very rarely do i spam zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in a chat box while talking…
