I was wondering if items that are a “one time use” skin such as (molten jet pack, and gem store armors) are really only one use and that’s it, or if you could keep transmuting the skin once its on something

Once it’s on something you can transmute it as often as you like.

It just means that you only get that one copy and can’t keep getting new skins to add to items without using transmutations stones/crystals.

Unlike the Hall of Monuments skins and the Zenith/Hellfire/Radiant ones from the achievement point rewards, where once you’ve earned the skin you can keep getting new ones whenever you want.
