Maybe someone can answer this for me please.
I purchased the primeval armor skin from blt and i really like it
but, i got a better peice of armor for the shoulders and i tried to transmute the item
and to my surprise i may have done the procedure backwards and now the shoulders
lost the look to the armor set that i purchased and the shoulders now look like normal armor.. so my question is can this be reversed somehow? im really hoping there is a way if not i just wasted 500 gems and that would really be crappy…

: ((( i love that skin as well. unfortunately, hate to be the brigning of bad news, but afaik, there is no way to get back an item that you’ve transmuted and in turn, “destroyed”. not sure about gem bought specific skins – you can try to submit a ticket, but iw ant to say they won’t be able to reimburse it. but it never hurts to try! just remember to explainn your situation calm and composed. i feel it helps. ; )))

kind of wish there’d be a skin collection mechanic in this game. where you coudl collect skins and they last forever. and each time you want to use it, you can use transmutation stones to transfer any skin onto the stats that you want, without losing the skin. but you still need a stone each time you wanna switch the appearance.

yea, i’ve learned a semi-hard way with transmutating items, or buying items that cost a lot of gold or karma or tokens from vendors. they have new confirmation windows now as well, but just know that currently in game, most currencies or actions are one time and usually can go back. so just be extra careful with antyhing that involveds permanenetly “destroying” or “spending” any given currency forever.
