i need to get to the village of shaemoor but im onl lvl 12 i keep dying !! is there any who can guide me there plz im trying to tame a drakehound im at snowdrift waypoint plzzz

If you go to your home city there should be a portal that takes you to Lion’s Arch. From there, you can find a portal to Divinity’s Reach, which will lead you to Queensdale. Enemies should be much more manageable from there!

Take the Asura Gate from your any capital you have unlocked. Go to Lions Arch, then take the Asura Gate to Divinitys Reach, and just walk out the entrance and you are there.
