It is like incinerator and a 2nd incinerator, 2 of the exactly same legendary.

it’s only possible with 1 handed weapons. Two identical legendaries of same type, visible in your hands. So double dagger, double axe, double mace, double sword. On the professions it’s possible to dual wield (guardian can’t for instance) same weapon. This achievement was basically launched to give people who made 2x legendary some condolance. Basically wardrobe makes a 2nd one almost useless, apart from stat chance. If you want max stats, you can just make ascended + overskin it with wardrobe legendary skin. This title, gives some extra meaning again (sort off), to having 2x same legendary.

Actually no its not. You need 2 of the same legendary account bound. You can have any 2 you would like. I have the title and I got it with 2 dreamers. The legendaries are account bound so they just need to be in your inventory when you talk to the person in DR.
