use other language in US server, acceptable?
There are only NA servers, and EU servers, as of now. Asian countries are assigned to NA servers. Where do you propose those that do not speak English speak? This is an international game, and until each country has their own server, I guess we must all share.
Speak whatever language you and your friends feel most comfortable with. You will get a few ignorant people who may not like it but it is really none of their business. The only qualifier I have to this is if your are doing some sort of group activity where you have members of mixed languages. I would consider it polite to make an effort to at least make sure everyone knows what is going on if possible via a shared language.
Well if you are filling up the local, map or team chat channels in a language that’s not widely spoken on that server, that’s impolite. If it’s your entire party, squad or guild understand that language for those chat channels then I don’t see a problem because they won’t be overwhelming my chat display.
If you want to translate an announcement on a open chat channel about an event starting soon, no problem. Just don’t be the boisterous soccer team that takes over a nearby pub and drown out everyone else’s conversion (since on chat we all speak at the same volume level).

Personally I think Anet should assign more official servers for different languages (at the moment I think we’ve only got English, Spanish, French and German and that’s only in the EU servers).
But even on those with a language assigned you don’t have to speak that language. You can use whatever language you like. You just have to bear in mind that if you’re using /say or /map and using a language a lot of people on the server don’t understand you might not get a lot of responses.

i do believe that some servers are have plenty of chinese players, and sometimes they speak chinese in /say or even /map
and there is an argument in china is ‘should we not speak chinese in american servers so to show some polite.’ and it’s already become a very dirty discussion, so i really need your opinions
It is acceptable. I see Chinese used all the time on Jade Quarry.
I might suggest that if you wish to speak in the main channels (map or local), you do so in English. If you wish to speak in your native language, especially if using Asian characters), it could be seen by other players as potentially hacked accounts with the hackers communicating with each other to prevent the rest of the players from understanding. There is the possiblity that you or your friends could be reported as potentially hacked. In private channels, such as guild, part or whisper, you should be able to use whatever you like as nobody outside those groups could see what is being said.

I doubt that’s going to be an issue for the players speaking in Chinese. Anet don’t ban people just for being reported, all a report does is flag it up as an account to check out.
So if they are reported all it does is waste some one at Anet’s time and slow down getting actual hackers banned. Which is not good obviously but not something the players speaking Chinese need to worry about.

Not everyone assumes that all Chinese players are hackers.

Filling up a chat channel is impolite regardless of the language used.

I don’t think you’ll attract much grief, but you may still want to wait. The closed beta test for the Chinese edition of Guild Wars 2 is next week. and the live version may not be very long after that.

I wouldn’t say that. Blade & Soul is on their 3rd closed beta in China and they still aren’t anticipating it to go live for at least another three to six months. This is our 1st closed beta. There are bound to be other aspects that the authorities will find “disagreeable”, besides the already fixed armor pieces that no show less skin, that will require to be fixed before the game is allowed to go live.
