Hi! I just finished the first tier precursor achievement and got the Chest of Hope. Opened it and got a recipe that i instantly used. Then i logged on the char i have weaponsmith and i dont see any recipe. So my other char got the recipes but he doesn’t have weaponsmith leveled… Is there any reason why the recipes aren’t account wide? Is there any way to get the recipe back? Or i have to do the achi again with other char?

You can buy another chest from Hobbs by the crafting stations in LA.

no recipes learned from sheets are account bound. they’re all soulbound on learning. You can’t do the achievement again.

You’ll need to put in a support ticket and tell them what happened.

For the future: always use the item on the character you want to know the recipe.

i always use recipes on the correct char, but this recipe was account bound, so i thought they made this really account bound..

I do think that there is a potential for improvement to the crafting system to avoid this. If they would make all recipes that you unlock through items actually unlock account wide such as dyes this wouldn’t be a problem. Plus it is alot more convenient. They can keep discoveries as soulbound ofc.

As said above , you can buy all the completed chests again from hobbs with karma.
