1) If I have Vigorous Shouts Trait active, and Shrug it off also. When Shake it off from shrug it off is activated, does it heal?
2) If I have Vigorous Shouts Trait active, are shouts considered healing skills to trigger stuff like Restorative Strength or Superior rune of water’s last bonus?
