Guild Wars 2

So I just came back and am having the hardest time choosing a prof to play. Can you guys please help me out. I have a pretty good understanding of the profs just can’t seem to pick one.

engineer. Why? because the majority of players will want a warrior. That’s extra challenge to have fun, try to beat the LFG rules and the community favourites, and have fun.

P.S. My main is a warrior actually… i might be drunk tonight xD

I’ve got a warrior to level 47 but can’t get enthusiastic about playing him, just seems static and dull to play. So I’ve started an engineer and so far got up to level 29 but he is much more fun to play. The engineer needs a more thought than the warrior. On a personal note I like torching things with the flamethrower.

warrior vs engineer is like asking if you should drive a hang-glider or a unicycle, they really couldn’t be much different…try both

I have both and love ‘em to pieces. Oddly enough, I’m much more likely to wade into melee range and do some up close bashing with my engineer than with my warrior but that could be because she’s my only lvl 80, fully traited, and better geared up.

Like Tman said, try both! You might find you like both equally, or neither of them at all, but that’s the great thing about having alternate character slots

oddly enough I know were your coming from Elrey. Sure warriors are great but I can’t help but feel its so mainsteam is making it kind of a turn off. I like to feel special and stand out just a little.
