what are two best weapon choices for the elementalist?
Ranged aoe = staff
Close high dmg = dual daggers:D
Gotta love ride on lightning:D
I prefer scepter (can nuke from a distance after sending in elemental to fight) and the totem (in earth stance it offers a stoneskin and a shield that reflects projectiles back at the mob).

I’ve really enjoyed the damage from the dagger combined with the defensive/control abilities of the focus.
“Best choice” really depends on play style. For me dagger/dagger 1-80 melee mage with primary being fire
I just can’t get used to the whole “melee mage” thing. I been closed minded in WoW too long. I have been tinkering with about every weapon combo and attunement to find something that draws me in. So far dagger/dagger (fire) has been the most efficient way for me.
