I think this is pretty much set

Someone cosplaying as an orange?
The shoulders look like they are from TA the rest is hard to tell with those colors and angle.

They’re using that upgrade (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Poly-luminescent_Undulating_Refractor_%28Orange%29 ) that makes them glow orange; it’s not a dye. As for the armor, it’s nearly impossible to tell, other than the helm which is TA heavy. Shoulders MIGHT be TA, but I’m not 100% sure.

I’ll try to put it.

My guess is it’s a combination of a few different things.

• Radiant gloves,
• TA armor (which glows slightly)
• Celestial Dye which on certain materials (including TA armor) becomes almost reflective, amplifying the glow (see Exhibit A, my guild leader, below)
• Orange Poly-luminescent Refractor, which also glows and tints the whole lot orange.

The armor is from Twilight Arbor dungeon, also called Nightmare Court heavy armor.
The reason why he got so yellow is from the rings I believe who were added during the Dry Top I believe or Halloween.... can’t remember. :P
But the armor is def TA.
