The only thing that would have a level requirement is Tixx’s workshop and you should be upscale for that.

It doesn’t matter.

Snowball Mayhem is PvP so everyone is automatically level 80 with all skills/traits etc. unlocked and level 80 exotic gear (and I think you might be given special skills anyway).

Bell Choir and the jumping puzzle aren’t affected by your level at all (and the puzzle is counted as a PvP map so you’re level 80 anyway).

Toypocalypse upscales you to level 80 and you use special weapons (and mostly you’re building defenses using objects anyway) so again it won’t matter if you don’t have all your skills unlocked.

The dungeon likewise upscales you so you’ll have the same health, armor etc. as a level 80. I don’t remember (haven’t done it yet this year) but I think you use your normal skills and PvE build so you might be at a slight disadvantage if you don’t have all your skill slots unlocked (aka if you’re below level 30) but it’s not enough to be an issue.

I did it last year when I was level 25 or so, meaning I was missing my elite skill and most of my trait points, and I was still able to finish every version of the dungeon.
