which class is best for dual weapon ? that does most damage, and most usefull skills in all races and class.

Jesus man that’s a really absurd question.
You should get a bit more familiar with the game first, perhaps start leveling a character or messing around with traits in Heart of the Mists. (the PVP zone.)
Then you’ll find out that what you asked is almost entirely irrelevant to how the game plays.

I take it you’re new to GW2 and haven’t really looked into how the professions work yet? Because in this game that question really doesn’t make sense.

For one thing your race doesn’t matter. It only changes a few of your utility and elite skills (which relatively few people use anyway). An asuran warrior will have exactly the same skills and do just as much damage with them as a charr or sylvari warrior.

All professions can dual wield some weapons, but if you’re specifically looking at sword/sword you’re limited to warrior or mesmer, and for axe/axe it’s warrior or ranger. None of those specifically does more damage than another, but they do it in very different ways. For example warriors using 2 swords apply several conditions to supplement the base damage, whereas a mesmer with 2 swords is more focused on direct damage (from themselves and their illusions) and crowd control skills.

If you’re looking at other combinations as well then all professions can dual wield. But again what they do, even with the same weapon, is very different.

I recommend you start by either creating some different professions in the game and playing around with them (if you press the crossed swords icon you can go to the Heart of the Mists and immediately be level 80 with all your skills and traits unlocked) or by reading about different professions and weapons on the wiki. Once you’ve got some idea of how they function and the different playstyles related to each profession you can start thinking about what weapons you’d like to use.

Well can’t say which is most effective, but Thief is the only class with “dual wield” skills. Basically you get a unique skill when you have a certain combination of weapons.

Guardians can’t dual wield anything.
