which one would be better?

Hp laptop: Intel core i5-5200u 2.2ghz up to 2.7ghz, 3mb cache, 2 cores, Intel HD graphics 5500, 8gb ddr3l up to 16gb (laptop only has 1 ram slot), NVIDIA gt 840m 4gb dedicated.

Or

Asus laptop: Intel core i7- 5500u 2.4ghz up to 3.0ghz, 4mb cache, 2 cores, Intel HD graphics 5500, 8gb ddr3 ( 4gb are integrated into the motherboard and another 4gb in the ram slot, laptop only has 1 ram slot and the max ram is 8gb), NVIDIA gt 940m 2gb dedicated

Which one should I buy? Both have the same price, but which one will run Gw2 better?

I would go with Asus as well. Though, I’m slightly biased to the brand. Support generally tends to be a headache with HP. So if you go with the HP pray that it doesn’t break down.

Asus. The 940m is slightly faster than the 840m and the i5-5500U is slightly faster than the i5-5200U.
