funny same thing happened for a match that ended around the same time on foefire. In addition, both teams go stuck on the map for a while, without being able to leave the match. (we were re-directed to map on relog even). Win was counted towards other progressions but no pips

Just happened to me as well – would’ve had legend, too.

Map was Foefire – happened approx. 3:00 pm EST, 3/7/2016

I filed a bug report w/ attached screenshot, but no idea if that’ll even be seen.

I played another immediately after – got rewards and pips.

But no legend due to the previous bug setting me back.

It looks like this was a widespread thing that all happened around the same timeframe.
HoTM chat is talking about it too. I doubt anybody will get reimbursed though – especially since it looks like it happened to a huge amount of people.

Was on a nice win streak, didn’t get pips for last match. Next match, lose… so I’m -1 in two matches when it should have been +1

well you are listed in that pic hopefully we get our pips back but doesnt look like the case havent see a response yet?

last response we had for this issue was ‘we suspect its a latency issue’ but seeing as though mine happened over 48 hours ago, and I still dont have the missing pip, we can say that’s a load of poop

There’s been a lot of reports on reddit as well like the issue is getting worse, this needs to be resolved ASAP. I really don’t feel like ranked pvp until its resolved

Happend to me also at around same time and it did not eaven register in match history like it never happend xd

Support told me they are investigating the issue but can’t give pips back.

Ranked match play with my team and win and no pipe and no history record and no win streak and play with my team again score 140-120 and my teammate dc and we loose pipe. No pipe and loose pipe?
