1 hour dishonor is ridiculous
Get a different ISP or if it is always once a day during peak hours, please play hotjoins until it stabilizes.

No I really think considering that you DC once a night and ruin someone’s game that it makes sense that you’re getting longer and longer dishonor every time it happens. I agree with Pyriall.1683, you should simply not play Ranked or Unranked during times when your ISP notoriously DC’s you.

Yeah, so everyone that teams with you should suffer because your craptastic connection? Play in hotjoins until it stabilizes of continue on with the hour dishonor. This mentality that everything in the world needs to cater to the needs of one person is nuts. Fix your stuff or don’t join ranked/unranked.
Another BS story about the dog eating my homework. Even if its true how about taking a couple days off and clearing the dishonor or playing hotjoins until you clear it? It’s not as easy as you claim it is to build up a one hour dishonor time out.
DC penalty doesn’t kick in right away, you actually have to be offline for a while. Personally if i notice i have bad connection i just don’t queue and don’t ruin matches for other people.
I think 1 hour dishonor is justified given that your ISP issue seem to be frequent. The game encourages you to actually fix your issue instead of ruining game for other players.

The dishonor kicks in WAY too fast, it only gives you like 1 minute to get back in. My modem wont even be back online by the times it gives me dishonor not to mention the DOUBLE loading screen from logging in to HotM AND then loading the actual pvp map, that alone takes longer than the dishonor timer, pretty much the ONLY time you will have enough time to get back in is with those hiccups that send you to the chracter select screen
This isnt a frequent thing on my behalf btw, maybe once a week (if even that) ill have my modem reset during a game and EVERY time i get dishonor for like an hour even if i get back befor even a 100 points ticked down and win the match still. This usually results in me quiting for the day
Also yesterday i had a queue pop and i accepted and it didnt let me vote for a map but said the game will start soon and then a few mins later i get a “queue abandoned” pop up and was smacked with 30 mins of dishonor, GG

Unless they can identify the difference between someone manually disconnecting and a problem with an isp, and the positive cost/benefit outcome to back it, then I wouldnt hold your breath. Like others have said, map out the down time of your isp and do something else. You could always try to use something like a vpn service, or tcp optimizer. There is some inherent risk with using a vpn because you dont know who uses it, and if there are botters getting banned from the server you are using you may get caught in the crossfire.

I agree with the OP but for different reasons. 1 hour is ridiculous. It should be much longer.
