Some mates and me were testing some patch changes. ( in free tornament)
And many of them dont work.
- 20 sec new respawn timer … still fixed on 18/38/58
- ele kills treb with just 2 spells. meteor and frost bow. hit box still the old
- mesmer phantasm . block evade not working they spawn anway
- …

Over half the time mesmer phantasms don’t even spawn to start with due to a random bush or stone lying on the ground.
As a matter of fact, they sledge hammered the phantasm build to such an extent that the only viable choice left for the mesmer is shatter.
