1. Very occasionally I see a pop-up in Khylo along the lines of “……… is making it rain” – I assume this effects Trebuchets? How does the mechanic work/How do you effect the weather?
2. Seeing a lot of “…..is on a rampage” I think it is an acknowledgment that you have killed 3 in a row or similar? Does this have any bonuses associated?
