What is this skill, and why is it possible to have a condi last so long? It stops out of combat healing, and ticks for huge poison damage.

Poison Dart Volley(Pistol 2) and Poison Grenade(Grenade Kit 5)
It will stack Poison with each shot of Poison Dart Volley, and every pulse of Poison Grenade

Do you not have ANY condi cleanse? Condi engi’s have 2 poison sources which will keep stacking the longer the fight goes on.

More specifically, each poison grenade creates a poison field. If you stand in it for multiple ticks, the duration will get huge. It’s essentially the same as the thief shortbow skill choking gas, except the poison grenade fields are much smaller but can potentially tick for longer if you stay in them because two fields could overlap.
