I lost 3 (3!) of my placement matches due to 4v5s. If a person NEVER join the match, either it shouldn’t count or it should outright be aborted. 4v5s are almost guaranteed losses, and have no place being part of a ranked record or counting against you in any way.

been in this situation yesterday, and yes we end up losing. however i didnt lose any ranked points

It should only count if you win.

Same. Lost in a 4v5 and lost no points…the zero was even a happy Green

The lost dont apply decay if you were 4 or less. But yesterday we had in team one disconect, so we played app 2 mins 4v5 and in the end we won, but the one who had dc told us that he lost ranking even he came back.

He’s talking about placement matches….

Just lost a placement because of this exact thing, they need a system like League of Legends’ “loss prevention” system. A member of my team loaded into the game, and then as it started disconnected and never came back, we were doomed from the start.

I agree that it should not count in place making matches. I lost 2 of those matches that way. Very frustrating
