Went from 300s 2 days ago and 400s yesterday to 95% today. I have lost 16 of 17. No matter what I do I lose. Bunker support guard lose, Med zerker lose, Med celestial lose, hybrid lose, play good lose, play bad lose, good team lose, bad team lose,wait ten minutes to queue lose, queue right away lose, great team comp lose, 3 thieves and a PU condi mesmer lose, skyhammer 2 engies lose, spirit watch run the orb lose, don’t run the orb lose, run and cap lose, try condi necro Ruins of Nifhel with Josre WIN and ty for the pep talk and advice, every other game without Josre lose. condi necro from that point on lose, minion master lose, lich powermancer lose.

I want to say its me but it isn’t me. I aint a great player. Not even really good. But I am better than what happened today. I had zerg teams, bunker teams, rage quit after mid loss teams, teams with Legendary Champions helping the home bunker cap home before running mid :/ , teams, people asking me how we score points teams. I had such a bad run of kitten happen today I am reeling.

I have had enough for today

This is the second time I have had a slide like this. It is weird that once it starts I just keep losing game after game. Last time I hit 92% before I finally got things straightened out and back down to where I normally live in the 300-700 range.

I still have to remind myself, a LOT, that games in SOloQ or especially hotjoin are not balanced or fair.

One match you have it WAY too easy and are guaranteed a win and lots of battle wins.

The next match you end up without a team, basically, and the other team romps and stomps, and you really have no chance.

You really have to be thoughtful about what situation the game handed you and what you did really well, and what, if anything, you did poorly.

This game’s competitive rankings are determined by the equivalent of TF2 center lobbies. It’s a trash system that doesn’t mean anything. Stop being sad that you’re losing the rock paper scissors minigame. Instead, just play a better game or do something else entirely.

You can play the leaderboard or the game, not both.
To play the leaderboard you stop playing as soon as you lose 1 match and try again the next day (win streaks are what will make you go up, 1win 1ldefeat 1win 1ldefeat will get you nowhere).
To play the game you keep going at it regardless of your win ratio.
