Okay, I am seeing a lot of threads about these 4v5 kitten meow meow kitten
all i could think for a solution to this is a Vote

Here’s how it works.

Red Team 4 Players
Blue Team 5 Players

Red team gets to vote kick someone in Blue team in order to make it 4v4

winners gets reward, player who gets kicked out still get same reward on their team side (like if the player who got kicked out team loses, then he gets the lose reward… and if they win, he gets the win reward “sorry bad english, i know” tehee)

also it would be best to add
Pause + Play in the match for captains to decide..

also dont even try commenting about
“Vote to forfeit” because some players could just click it and bam nothing happens, no rewards, no play, waste of time… another meow meow right?

naw you don’t get to pick the player to kick. in most matches I know who the best enemy player is and if we got to kick him we’ll win for sure.

why not a surrender option? wtf kicking an enemy? it is not enemy team’s fault if YOUR team got an afk.

Or, from your example provided above, let Blue Team decide who to kick instead of Red Team. Or not really kick, but rather bench. That’s it! Forget pausing gameplay and voting!

Random player from the 5 man team gets benched. When a player from his team dies, the dead player gets benched and he gets to come back in. And so on and so on. Being that everyone still participated, everyone still gets all the usual rewards.
