Is the bonus 200 rank points for winning a rated match not counting towards the PvP title progression an intended thing or is it a bug?

I should normally get my Marauder title on rank 49+, but I won’t be even be half-way through when I’m there. Seems rather bothering. It’s been so since the release.

I’m just very curious if it’s intended, curious since the release.

As for the title, I was kind of reluctant and careful not to break the Code of Conduct, so in case anyone’s disturbed by it, I’ll change it.

It doesn’t make sense if it wouldn’t be a ‘bug’. This would atleast make Tpvp and actually winning a bit more attractive to some and reward us a little better.

If changed, please retroactively pls.

Those achievements are actually based on personal score, not rank points.

Thank you for the answer. If I may, are there any plans to change it in the future? Would it be something you would consider when working on the improvements of the PvP reward system?

But that would mean that roamers and burst builds are severely advantaged over point defenders. Because they get a significantly bigger amount of points through back capping and getting points through cleaving. Even though the point defender contributes just as much maybe even more to the match and a possible win.
If the tourney win points counted it would at least close the gap a little. Alternatively you could make point defenders’ score tick while they hold the point, not with every tick of course but maybe every 3 or every 5 ticks.

This is the same issue we have with earning glory and rank points. Revamping the way this works will be part of our rewards restructuring.

Any hint on when that’s coming (roughly)?

If you tpvp you’ll get marauder around 52-52 1/2 depending on role (Got it with dps, bunker is going to be even slower)…anyway not at 50 for sure unless you farmed skyhammer like many out there..basically the more points/match you get the faster titles are…that’s why hj heroes and skyhammer farmers get titles really fast (Like everything else btw) If you see a r50 marauder really high chance he’s a hj/sh farmer…and yes that’s why tpvp sux even more..

Put out updates in a reasonable time instead of making people wait half a year or more for features that should have been at release.

Mr. E didn’t decide the release date.

I agree the game launched a bit early and PvP was missing some features. I don’t really see how that changes the way devs should respond to stuff now, though.

skyhammer heroes are rewarded while players who don’t enjoy hotjoin are left in the dust; this change will be great when you get around to it.

I’m fine with how the devs are doing, I was just poking fun at the fact that they really don’t (and can’t) say dates.

Until you fix this there is little incentive to play for team as title is crucial part of pvp reward.
