Guild Wars 2

Today I played in sPvP against a thief. I got him into his downed state.

I know thieves can move their location up to two times.

But this thief “Blinked” 4 times, and without any animation, and in rapid succession.

All of these events occurred within a span of 2s. The moves didn’t seem to have any strategic objective in mind… almost completely random movement.

When I finally got up to him to stomp him, he didnt blink again. He just took it.

Has anyone else seen this kind of anomoly? Is it a lag? I’ve played over 300 rounds, and only seen it happen this once.

it’s a lag…i play from EU on NA servers, happens sometimes..he can’t controll it either heh

yeah, I’ve seen players appear to tele around when it’s laggy. Probably that.

From my experience thieves cant be stomp ( except you are willing to chase them around ) dps them to death. Its weird that this thief let you to stomp him… out of boredom i guess :P

Well had a similar experience with a warrior (I think it was one), everywhere game running fluently, but everytime that warrior got near me it started lagging in an unusual matter (jumping positions).
Out of my personal technical understanding I can’t imagine such a hack to exist, but that lag definitly was only when that warrior was around.

server been laggy for since that EOTM came. i lagg everywhere. i lagg in HOTM, i lag in every single map that i play in. Hope anet will fix it soon.
