After speeding to last tier of Sapphire, I hit a wall….. of Necros. Every match I join there are 2 or more Necros. Even i switch out as Ele, with all the AOE condi clear, is still not enough.

IMO this is the worst balance yet. Good job Anet, good job. Once I hit Ruby, I am just going to wait until either Anet make adjustments or S3. After all I only need 2 more division to get the legendary back back.

Season 3 LOL are u seriously? After season 2 end, they gonna buff the kitten out of something, then refuse to balance before S3 start, then it’s a whole cycle again…. PVP is no fun

Probably, I am just glad that I only need to cross 2 more divisions.

I really do think S1 balance is much better than S2, Necro was strong in S1, but at least Diamond skin is the counter….. now…. its just a brunch of Necros. I think whoever decided to buff necro while nerfing everyone else when necro is already strong should be FIRED.

Honestly when I see 3+ necros on the other team I figure it’s going to be a fairly easy win. They are slow. Avoid 1v1’s with them and run around them.

It’s more a matter of preference than balance. Don’t see any reason why people wouldn’t want to play revenant, scrapper or ele in this meta. Good thieves, mesmers and DH will still rock your game. Like Engel said, they don’t stack well, I usually mesmer when I’m the third necro. So yea, I prefer facing lots of necros.

From all professions i’ve played the thief seems most effective vs necros and that only if the thief runs basilisk venom to immobilize the necro even further. Headshot spam ftw while your teammates burst the necro. Rinse and repeat for the rest 3. If they didn’t give you aids 10 stacks of every condi. Or the casual DH critting you for 10k or more.

P.S: Wtf is up with the DH’s damage? Full glass thief doesn’t hit for 10k from backstab which is a lot harder to setup than DH’s true shot <o> What’s up with that. When we thief used to do that amount of damage, we were “broken” o.O The PvP forum was riddled with threads about how broken thief is. And you nerfed it into oblivion because of it ANet. And afterwards you buffed auto attack xD CoOooOOOooo!

Multiple Reapers are pretty easy to deal with. In fact, one Mallyx Rev using Pain Absorption correctly with all bonus boon duration can carry teamfights vs. bunch of Reapers on his own.
