Is it better to play with AA on or off?

I’ve played with AA off for the past couple of months, and then I read a thread somewhere on the forums that it’s hard to interrupt a manual AA during it’s cast time. Not sure if that’s true or not.

Not true. Its all up to preference. I personally prefer AA off but as long as you have the stow weapon command binded conveniently, cancelling it shouldnt be a problem.

Some autos like guardian scepter are hard to stow because you can’t stow the after cast which is like 70% of the duration. However it rly is up to preference. I like range skills on AA so I can strafe easier

The unique difference is that if you have AA enabled, if you hit another skill you will stop your AA and do the skill, while if you have AA disabled you will first finish the AA and then do the other skill, so you can enable/disable it if you feel that your prof/build can work better with one option or another. Also, some stealth builds like to disable AA so they can have more overall control of their AA and avoid being revealed cause some precasted projectiles when stealthing

If you have AA off then you cant interrupt your skills with another one. Even autoatk. Clunky as..

Unless you playing stealth class i do not recommend turning it off.

i find that most AA’s are hard to stow, i have to spam stow weapon 3 times on random occasions and it works.
