had a guy that afk for 5 games :/ each time for a different reason (off meta players or “noobs”) and we all reported him again and again and his answer to this was “ive been reported hundreds of times for afk nothing happens” is this really true that people like this can treat new players or people off meta like kittys without getting in trouble at all. can we get a response if reporting for lfg abuse is the right answer or do we just have 2 live with this. in my years of playing pvp this is the one thing that always makes me go bk to wvw

must be ryo right ? i bet he is bff with prince vingador , anet devs still unabel to turn dishonor system on and if they dont fix their kitten until leagues , it will get even worse

these guys should creat a guild with AFK tag and join ESL, so maybe they will get a bit of attention from the devs

Yes but if you troll and stay in games it whont get you banned. Trust me, ive seen it happen far to often. Plenty of guys that deliberately troll and afk from the getgo. There was a guy that joined games naked and just jumped around …. he hasnt been punished and did it daily for a month straight.

Btw: You need to crossover the names in the upper left corner as well We can still see the name of the afk-dude (warrior)

Dont waste your time. Arenanet is poor and isnt willing to spend resources on ppl that ruin the community.

You either quit the game….or ignore it.

i think if u afk 2 much you should get moved into your own pvp arena just 1 map and your teamed up with other afkers and you have to win 10 games before your aloud bk. so you have 2 get your afkers to stop afking

If Anet implements a system for reporting afks, do you think it will be allowed to report people that never leave the home point for afk’ing?

theirs a difference from afk a point 2 sitting in spwn not moving full game and doing that 5 times maybe even more as i left pvp after this

Oh I had this dude in my team earlier today, don’t remember his name but he afk’d because he didn’t like the build of the other warrior in your screen (soleaced)

At the moment, the only thing you can do is report them for LFG Abuse, I can’t find the post atm with the exact quote but ya…. Bright Side, HoT is around the corner and so is the dishonor system.

I completely agree, i’ve sent similar post in the past asking ANET if their so kitten enough to ignore quitters and afk’rs and what do i get? “INFRACTION POINT” which means that i have warning and my forum account might get suspended.

my post about it has been removed as well. so, good luck with telling ANET how to improve their rules and regulations.

i know man i know. We need to invent system to punish AFk or so. Even in fighting sports people getting warning for beeing passive…kinda sportsmanship.

so looks like i was right we all just have to live with it. good 2 know that i can just afk with no worry’s at all (2 days l8r) this guy has no respect for the system and no fear of getting into trouble
