Queued up with 2 of my guildmates. We all accept queue. The queue window disappears and we all get few min dishonor. What?

Happened to me the other day. Accepted the queue, game tells me I’ve been removed and i get dishonored. After patch day, the game removed me from the queue about 4 times for no reason after about 30 seconds each time.

once i get kicked by server and get 15 minutes ban for pvp. And the same thing happened to me just after this 15 minutes, when i accepted first match. Another 22 minutes of waiting
