Good for you. recognizing a problem and trying to fix it yourself shows effort. I know you show your concerns for how damage is, but atleast you are commenting AND trying things. Some people are running around with no condi cleanses and being angry they are dying to 10 stacks of burning without even considering picking up vital/condi cleanse. Its people like you who deserve a voice of an opinion, no matter how controversial it is.

Using celestial gear is a good idea in an unknown meta. Playing a glass cannon against unknown builds is asking for frustration.
I started using Celestial as well, even if sub optimal, just so I can have a little more defense.
They really need to allow us to have rings or something to balance our stats.
I don’t know man. With all the DPS being churned out, I feel like the berserker amulet is still the better choice. I don’t know how many times I ate a 12k backstab or a 10-15k shatter combo. I’d rather just ride out my blocks instead of try to tank the damage as hard as it is to accomplish vs an invisible target with no tells. I feel like only warriors and necros have that luxury.
I’ve been playing Marauder (old zerk stats) I find it much better than celestial for my build. The extra vitality really helps vs conditions.
Crusader seems to be working g quite well on my warrior hammer build. With the signet trait in arms I can get pretty decent crit chance without precision stats. I can build quite tanky and still have good dps.

I don’t like celestial even though I know many Necro’s running it. I think it still breaks things up way to much. I have played guard as well, I can see how it would be more beneficial actually to a guard.

It’s one of those cases where my brain thinks faster than I can type. There is a complete sentence missing there. It should say “I get way better dps than celestial. The extra vitality compared to zerker really helps vs conditions.”

Update. Just realized my fire and air sigils are no longer optimal with celestial gear. My build is dead fml
P.S. Marauders amulet is only a partial fix. I would use it but it still don’t give me the toughness I had from before and puts me at a disadvantage in the long run. Otherwise I’d shut my mouth, grab that thing, and get back to 1 shotting thieves
P.P.S. Seriously how are the thieves doing? I know this has been hard for them.
