Add Reset Cooldowns in HOTM hub for Testing
Why?
and plz re-add steady weapons.
@Carpboy: as Exosferatu said: for testing. If you are trying / comparing differenc skills / combos / builds, etc. it can be pretty annoying if you always have to wait for a long cd skill to be available again.
Oh…i thought he was talking about putting a CD on being able to change traits and stuff
