Getting rid of PvP Gear is too time consuming and I’m sure its keeping people like myself from completing sets just because of all the work involved on having to salvage or destroy every single item, so a new faster option would be nice like allowing us to sell or simply give to merchant ?

I think the script is programmed to pop up a window when you of salvaging rare items. And as PvP gear is classified as exotic the window will pop up.
Interesting would be the question, what you would get in exchange for selling at merchant? Because I’m bored too of salvaging all the reward chests. Now just let them unopen to avoid all the work with salvaging.
