Ok so I don’t know if this would be overpowered or not, but regarding alacrity since it seems to be a popular subject, but what if it was split like this:

Wells grant alacrity to allies when they end: You set down a well, it does 66% to yourself, but 33% for allies. Something like this might be interesting

how do you manage the fact if there is 2 mesmers? Your alacrity + the alacrity given by the 2nd mesmer?
